01 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary for remote/difficult-to-access areas. Any such charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
02 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. During sale events or festivals, processing may take slightly longer.
03 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
04 Courier Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners (BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, etc.) through our shipping integration. The courier partner may vary based on your delivery location and product weight.
05 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order at any time:
- On our website: Track My Order
- On the courier partner's website using the AWB/tracking number.
06 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after 2–3 attempts:
- The package may be held at the local courier facility for a few days.
- If unclaimed, it will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery charges may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
07 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Do not accept the package if visibly damaged at delivery.
- Photograph/video the damage before opening.
- Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge.
