We at Nixie Cosmetics stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's everything you need to know about our return process.
01 Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
02 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- The original invoice/receipt must accompany the return.
- All accessories, free gifts, and promotional items included with the product must also be returned.
03 Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or used cosmetic, skincare, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Items purchased during sale events or clearance.
- Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products.
- Products not in their original packaging or missing parts.
04 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos/videos of the product (especially if damaged or incorrect).
- Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
- If approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup for you.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
05 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence. We will prioritise your case and offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
06 Return Shipping
- For defective or wrong items: Free reverse pickup arranged by us.
- For change-of-mind returns (where applicable): You may need to ship the product back at your own cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
07 Replacement
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item (subject to stock availability).
