Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. At Nixie Cosmetics, we aim to make order cancellations as simple as possible. Please read our cancellation policy below to understand the options available to you.
01 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately:

Please include your order number in the request. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
02 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched (handed over to the courier partner), it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may:
- Refuse the delivery at the door and it will be returned to us.
- Accept the delivery and then initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
Refunds for post-dispatch cancellations will be processed once the product is received back in our warehouse in its original condition.
03 Cancellation by Nixie Cosmetics
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or product information errors on our website.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected.
- Delivery address is outside our serviceable area.
In such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
04 COD Order Cancellations
For Cash on Delivery orders, if you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason multiple times, we may disable COD option for future orders from your account.
