Refund Policy

At Nixie Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we have outlined our refund process below.

01 Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has not been opened or used (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare/cosmetic items unless defective).

02 Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic/skincare products (unless defective or wrong item sent).
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount coupon (unless defective).
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging.

03 Refund Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Refund credited to original payment method

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when raising the request.

05 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or missing original packaging.
  • Items returned after 7 days but within 14 days (at our discretion).
